Sandra uses cutting-edge tools and techniques, such as the E-Lybra Bioresonance Energy Medicine Device, Access Consciousness BARS, and Energetic Facelift, to help you achieve optimal health and wellness. Sandra takes care of your physical fitness too.
With a background in Personal Training, Exercise for Obesity and Diabetes Management, exercise in Chronic Conditions, Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, and Mental Health, Sandra provides support for lifestyle changes that contribute to your personal wellness goals, lifestyle, and health.
